The smoke smell is still resent. Curious if I can undo the trade. I replaced the dirty air filter with a carbon cabin air filter, used baking soda on the interior carpet and drove over to Clearwater to have the ionization process applied. The smell persists. Would like to apply my trade in on a new truck..

My Silverado was in for service and was waiting on a part, "tube" that was backordered with GM. No apologies, poor communication and the only way I could get communication was to push Angelo to speak to me and keep me updated. No offer of a loaner car, nothing. Turned into a six week period without a car. I did receive a call from someone offering me a very low offer to trade in my truck for a new vehicle. I will be getting a new vehicle, but not from Dimmitt.
