Alicia, my service coordinator, was so very helpful to me by keeping me updated on my car repairs, Dave the shuttle bus driver made my time waiting much more pleasant with his lively conversation. He has a difficult set of responsibilities transporting individuals that may be frustrated over their auto issues. He has an excellent customer service attitude that simply can’t be taught.

Top notch! My service advisor, Alisha, really went to work in moving my vehicle through various stations while I waited at the dealership. I was told it would likely be an all day affair and came ready for it given my house was over an hour away from the dealership and the appointment being during a work day. Alisha had me out of the dealership after having navigated an oil change, 24 point inspection, tire rotation, and a tonneau cover install. After waiting a little over six hours at the dealership, she was able to exceed the expectations relayed to me at drop off. The only negative review about my experience is not on Alisha, but the building itself where I was waiting. Though there are work stations inside, both my personal phone and work phone (T-Mobile and AT&T) were unable to receive data inside the facility so that I could properly work as I waited. I had to go outside to carry on business teams meetings because of the lack of reception inside. The WiFi available to customers in the waiting area also was not working, so the prospect of me waiting for my vehicle at this location for future service visits has me reluctant to make the trip to this dealership again on a day of work. Again, thank you Alisha for managing the things within your control and getting me in and out of the dealership service area will ahead of the time initially projected for me to be there. Thank you!!!

My experience is not regarding my salesperson, Rim because know she's only doing what management is telling her to do. My issue is with management at this time. I let it be know that I was interested in purchasing my lease vehicle, albeit my preference to go through my credit union because I knew I could get a better interest rate with them due to my long history with them as well. I was told the day before my scheduled appointment that I had to bring the vehicle in for an inspection before they could release the car. My credit union asked me to request a lease buyout packet to include some odometer disclaimer. But when I asked for this information I was told I needed to bring the car into the dealership first. At no point or time did anyone say if you want to go through your credit union, you must bring in a pre-approved draft. Had I been told that, I would've rescheduled my appointment with the dealership after I ascertained a draft from my credit union. Once I arrive to the dealership for the 'INSPECTION', my salesperson almost immediately begin to try and persuade me to go through one of the dealerships auto loan lenders. Asking me if they can get me an interest rate close to my credit union would I be interested? Keep in mind I already gone through a buyout scenario two months prior when I came in for an oil change. After seeing what the best offer they could do, that's when I advised I prefer to go through my credit union because I knew I could get a better rate based on my credit score alone! After allowing Rim to go over a few payment and interest rates and me, explaining where I wanted to be payment-wise; she came back with some figures from her manager who also came out with optional monthly payment and interest rates. I stated as long as you can get me to my preferred goal of paying the same or less than I was paying for my lease, we can do a deal. However, when the Finance manager came out, he starts telling me the best interest rate he could get me with my Excellent credit and no missed payments at all during my lease was 7.2%?! I feel like this process was very misleading and left somewhat of a bitter taste in my mouth. No one ever said to me the vehicle had to be grounded before it could be purchased? I did accept the deal at the end with total trepidation. But only after the Finance manager stated after making the first payment, I can then refinance with my Credit Union.
