Confirmed Service Customer
Was overcharged for services. I had to point this out to the advisor who did correct it. Also, I stated I wished to be notified if repairs were needed. I was not, and work was done without my authorization. It was an oversight on the advisor's part, but since I would likely have had it done, I did not press the issue. I wish to say there needs to be better oversight for issues like this. You could easily have lost me as a customer. In the end, it all came out well, but the doubts linger. I will be back, but if it happens again, rest assured I will not.
