the staff was very helpful, despite the problematic questions I had! I had an appointment scheduled on Saturday 04/20 at 10:00 (after I chose the basis of work and cost, the work included along with cost and oil change !!! note I have a bolt ev electric vehicle !!!! )($50) they explained to me that my tires were perfect but I had to get them balanced, which I did ($150)! after about 5 hours of the service work they delivered me and I left with my 5 year old daughter! at 10:00 pm one tire went flat (no stud, no tear from what I was told) on I-275! chevrolet roadside assistance never came waiting over 3 hours !!! i had to move it for my safety to a repair shop to fix it !! I change the tire with what I found early in the morning to return to my family! I'm coming to you on Monday to put the right type of tire because I had a warranty! they make an appointment for me for the next one! they didn't explain to me that I have to have the warranty paper with me ?????? (without this paper they couldn't do something without cost ($300) I left, I came back!!! after 4 hours!!!!! (for a tire change with an appointment) they replaced it with what they had (same type, but not the same quality !! I went back !!!! I went to the boss who needed it !!! I lost the balance of the car ??? I had it fixed two days ago) so that I don't have a stable steering wheel !!! as they didn't even check the car before they delivered it I left, I'm back!!!! why did the sound for a flat tire hit !!!! I went to my boss, he put the necessary pressure on me!!! was , is that all ??? I lost the balancing of the car (which I had fixed two days before) as a result of which it hums while driving and I don't have a stable steering wheel!!! no one bothered!!! as he did not care, nor did they check the car before handing it over if it is. Okay !!! in the electric vehicle one of the things done in the service is to check the fluids if they are ok !!! and yet the car left without fluid for the wipers ($2-3) !!!! I don't know anymore if I can trust the car in your hands !!!! now I have to find someone else to look at the tires as a whole because of the sound they have!!! another cost and another waste of time!!!
